When I first reached out years ago I spoke with the owner, Ryan, and after learning of my circumstances, he said I would be better off waiting for a few specific reasons. Man, who tells a customer NOT to give a company business!? I could have gotten the refi but that would mainly have benefited him, not me in the long run and he explained why. I knew right then I found the company for me and to handle my transaction needs when the time came. I had always dreamed of owning a small farm. When I finally saw my youngest child off to college in 2022, it was time to follow my own dreams.
